Run your team from your AI assistant.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant to your Tempi account, and ask it for the changes that take many clicks: add ten people, put them on an event type, cancel a sick colleague’s meetings. It does them with the same rights you have.
Many changes, one sentence
Some team work is the same step many times: inviting a new class of people, adding everyone to an event type, cancelling every booking of someone who is out. In the app that’s a click per person. An assistant connected to your account does the steps for you, one tool call each, and tells you what it did.

What it can do for a team
Members: add_team_member invites someone by email (they join when they first sign in), update_team_member changes a role, remove_team_member removes someone. Owners and admins can add people, and only owners can change roles.
Event types: create_event_type and update_event_type set the hosts with hostIds, the kind (one-on-one, round robin or collective), the length and the rules. archive_event_type closes one to new bookings.
Bookings: list_bookings with a team lists all of its bookings for admins. reschedule_booking and cancel_booking act on any of them, and the invitee hears from Tempi.
Why nothing is open: get_open_times and explain_availability say what blocks a time. Webhooks: create_webhook sends the team’s bookings to another tool.
What stays with each person
Everyone keeps their own working hours, days off and calendars. An assistant changes those only for the person who connected it. A teammate whose hours are wrong sets them in Tempi, or asks their own assistant.
Your assistant can do only what you can do in the app. Choose Read only when you connect, and it can look but not change anything.
