How to read it
Each row is a place, and each column is the same hour everywhere. The day starts at midnight in the first place. Green is working hours, 9:00 to 17:00. Grey is early or late. Dark grey is night.
Choose an hour to see each place’s day and time, then copy it into your message. Clocks that change on that day are handled, so a 23 or 25 hour day shows as it is.
Share a plan
The address holds the places and the day. Copy it from your browser and send it, and the person who opens it sees the same plan in their own hours.
