Tempi

Terms of service

The agreement, in plain words.

These terms cover your use of Tempi, a scheduling service. By creating an account or booking through a Tempi page, you agree to them. Last updated September 25, 2026.

The service

Tempi lets people and teams publish booking pages, and lets their invitees, or those invitees' AI assistants, book time with them. It reads busy times from the calendars you connect and adds bookings to them. We keep improving it, so features may change. We'll give notice before removing something you pay for.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16 and use an email address you control.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your account, including through the API keys and AI assistants you connect. Keep them safe, and revoke the ones you no longer use.
  • If you create a team, you decide who joins it and what they can do. Team owners and admins can see the team's bookings.

Acceptable use

Don't use Tempi to:

  • send spam, or book meetings with people who didn't ask for them
  • break the law, or infringe anyone's rights
  • probe, overload or get around the limits and security of the service, including through automated booking beyond normal use
  • pretend to be someone else

We may suspend accounts that do. We'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Invitees

If you book through someone's Tempi page, the host decides the times, rules and cancellation policy shown on it. Your booking is an arrangement with the host, and Tempi carries it out. See the privacy policy for what we store about you.

Paid plans

  • Personal use is free. Team features are on a paid plan, billed per seat (each team member is one seat), monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe.
  • Stripe handles payments. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the team's billing page, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Adding or removing members changes the number of seats. The charge is adjusted in proportion to the time left in the period.
  • We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, contact hello@meettempi.com.
  • We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and it applies from your next renewal.

Charging for meetings

Hosts who charge for meetings are paid directly through their own Stripe account. The sale is between the host and the invitee. The host sets the price and refund rules, honors them, and is responsible for taxes.Tempi is not a party to the sale.

Your content

You own what you put into Tempi: your event types, settings and bookings. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you. We don't sell it or use it to train AI models.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Tempi reliable, but it is provided as is. Calendars and third-party services can fail, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Check important meetings in your own calendar.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending

You can stop using Tempi and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice, a way to export your data, and a refund for any prepaid time left.

Changes and contact

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users in the app before the change applies. For questions, contact hello@meettempi.com.
