- Under General, find Signature and choose Create new.
- Paste into the box (Ctrl+V or ⌘V), then choose Save changes at the bottom.
Why it works in every mail app
Mail apps ignore most of HTML and CSS. The signature is built from tables and inline styles, with web safe fonts, and colors set on each part. It has no images, so there is nothing to host and nothing for Gmail to block.
It copies as rich text, so the button and the link arrive as they look in the preview. If your mail app only takes plain text, it copies as plain text instead.
Your link stays yours
Everything happens in your browser. What you type is not sent anywhere. The generator remembers it in this browser only, so it is there next time.
Any booking link works: Tempi, Calendly, Cal.com or your own page. A small “Scheduling by Tempi” line sits under the signature. Turn it off if you want only your words.
