Outlook calendars

The Calendars page: an Outlook / Microsoft 365 calendar connected, saying 3 events take your hours in the next 7 days, with Google Calendar and Apple iCloud Calendar below to add.

Tempi read Google and iCloud calendars, so people who plan their days in Outlook had to copy meetings by hand or risk being booked over them. Now you can connect Outlook and Microsoft 365, personal or work accounts, under Calendars.

Tempi counts the busy time in it when people book you, and an all-day event takes your whole day where you are. New bookings can go into it too, and move or disappear with the booking when it’s rescheduled or cancelled. You can sign in to Tempi with Microsoft as well.

Improvements

2
  • Event types can meet on Microsoft Teams. With Outlook as your booking calendar on a work or school account, every booking gets its own Teams link. A personal Outlook account can’t make one, so your invitee hears that you’ll send it, and Tempi reminds you a day before.
  • Continue with Google and Continue with Microsoft now look alike, with one line under both.

Fixes

2
  • Moving a collective booking counts every host still in the meeting, even one who has since left the team. Before, their hours and calendars were skipped.
  • Switches keep their size beside long labels.
