Where you meet, said once

An event type picked a video service from a list, and whether its link worked depended on each host’s booking calendar. In a team where some hosts use Google and some use Outlook, some bookings got no link, and nothing said why.
Now an event type says where you meet: a video call, in person, a phone call or somewhere else. A video call is each host’s own, set once under Calendars: Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or your own link. The editor lists every host with theirs, and says who still has to set one up.

- Phone calls: the booking form asks for the invitee’s number, and the host calls them. It starts from the country of the invitee’s time zone, checks that the number is a real one there, and says it back in full before they book. The confirmation, the emails and the calendar event say who calls whom.
- In person: the editor suggests addresses as you type, from OpenStreetMap, nearest you first. Invitees get the address once they book, with a link to it in Google Maps. Before that, your page says In person.
- One link for everyone still works, for a shared room or a webinar.
- AI assistants set where you meet with `where`, and your video call with set_my_video_call.
