When you need it
Regular clients shouldn’t have to come back every week to book the next session. And you shouldn’t have to chase them.
Let an event type repeat, and invitees book the whole run at once.
How it works
- In the event type’s settings, choose how many meetings a series can have.
- The invitee picks a time, then Every week, Every 2 weeks or Every 4 weeks, and how many meetings.
- Before they book, they see every date, and whether each one is free.
- The series is booked whole or not at all, so nobody ends up with half a plan.
- Each meeting can be rescheduled or cancelled on its own, or the rest of the series at once.
Good to know
Series are on the Free plan. Round robin event types give every meeting in a series to the same host.
AI assistants can book a series too. They check the dates first, then book them together.
