Two free tools, no account needed

The meeting planner for New York, London and Berlin: the hours of each place in a row, working hours in green, the hours that suit everyone marked, and the time in each city ready to copy.

Finding a time across time zones is slow, and so is adding a booking link to your emails. Now both have a page of their own, free, with no sign-in.

The meeting planner lays out every place’s day side by side. Add the cities, pick a day, and see who is at work, who is up early or late, and who is asleep. It names the hours that suit everyone, and copies each person’s local time for your message. The address holds the places and the day, so you can send the plan itself. The email signature generator makes a link, a button or a card for any booking link, Tempi’s or not, and says how to paste it into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.

Improvements

6
  • An event type is open or archived. The Bookable switch is gone, and archive closes it.
  • Check availability is in the event type editor, beside the preview of what invitees see.
  • Invitees can cancel without giving a reason.
  • Every booking page has the same soft light. The page style choice for teams is gone.
  • Changelog emails are gone. Follow the changelog here or in its RSS feed.
  • The Share dialog keeps its buttons on a short phone screen.

Fixes

1
  • When a host’s calendar can’t be read, a booking no longer takes a time the booking page hides as busy.
